You can return your Clark Set within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. If you find any flaw in one of your Clark reading toys, we are happy to exchange it if that is your preference.
Blue Lake Children's Publishing, the publisher of Clark the Baby Shark, is committed to protecting the privacy of our online visitors. We do not collect information from children. The e-commerce section of our Web site is intended for use by parents and other visitors 18 years of age or older. By using our online order process, a customer is representing himself or herself as 18 years of age or older.
Information Collected On Our Site
We collect information provided by the customer when placing an order.

To process credit card orders as required by our merchant account.

To send (only if you request it) an email when the next Clark Series is available.
If you give us your telephone number online, we may contact you with questions regarding orders you have placed. Your telephone number will NOT be used for any marketing solicitation and will NOT be shared with any third party.

Your credit card and transaction information is private. Our secure browser technology ensures that no one outside of our professional billing staff will have access to your credit card information. We encrypt all credit card and billing information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology during the order transaction using a secure server. Your credit card information is never shared with a third party.

We collect general browsing information about your visit to our site in order to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us improve the usability of our site.
